PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The metal cutting band saw machine mainly used for cutting various metal, like steel, iron, copper, aluminum, etc. Bandsaw machine also can cut wood, meat, stone and other materials by changing to special saw blade. This is a cost effective way to cut different material in many different shapes.
PRODUCT FEATURE
Stable gantry frame structure, high precision linear guiding, can save the saw blade and guarantee cutting accuracy.
Saw blade is equipped with double guiding device with carbide and rolling bearing to remove the blade twist and dampen, which can effectively extend the working lift of saw blade.
Powerful and stable spiral bevel gear speed reducer for slowing down noise and reduce the vibration.
Hydraulic moving for guiding arm, easy to operate and also save labor.
Equipped with laser radium tool setting device to realize the quick and accurate positioning of the workpiece.
Feeding system is electric roller conveyor or hydraulic servo cater(according to different cutting materials).
Built-in coolant system.
Bi-metal band saw blade.
