Machine Description
Large-size upper roller universal plate rolling machine performance characteristics:
1. High accurate and pre-bending free to set the length of straight edge, direct pressure on roller prebending, can achieve high accurate and pre-bending.
2. NC control, high production efficiency products rolling process parameters of NC, simple operation, efficiency is greatly improved.
3. Product superior precision roller is in the shape of drum, the lower part of the lower roller with adjustable, continuous bending, from thin to thick to the wide range of products coil ideal.
4. Safety two roller jobs fixed, moving up and down, left and right, the workpiece is not with moving of work roller, the operator safety.
5. The overall structure, simple, mobile convenience equipment adopts integral chassis, without the need of anchor bolts, simple, convenient mobile workplace.
6. Different applications, the corresponding control method according to use, the following control mode: TNC(NC): many varieties, small amount of production; (T&BNC, NC): less variety, mass production.
7. Rich bending shape with a rolling tyoe O, type U, R, auxiliary cone in cone winding device, Jane can in certain range. O bending: rear bending mode; U bending: the front bending mode; multi-stage bending combined mode: R.
